Paralegal at Snap Fitness in Chanhassen, MN (Minneapolis area).
Snap Fitness, a franchisor of fast, convenient and affordable fitness centers, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its growing legal department. Position is for immediate hire.
Duties:
Preparing legal documents, including for franchise resale, renewal, and default notices. Assisting with annual franchise registration and disclosure compliance. Managing and maintaining corporate records and compliance for U.S. and
international subsidiaries. Assisting with various other legal tasks including trademark and UCC filings. Completing administrative tasks to support the company's legal function, including document preparation, organizing and tracking files, and legal correspondence.
Qualifications:
3+ years of transactional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department. Combination of experience in one or more of franchise, trademark, general corporate, and UCC preferred. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and computer expertise (including high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office). Pro-active, team player, self-directed.
